Gathered further experience in the Savoy in London, The Ivy restaurant as well as the private club. After all the exciting stress of Restaurant business, She went on to work in a local cafe in Prague to experience a smaller environment and the daily business of a cafe. Meanwhile developing an own Brand and company called Graceful Pastries.
